Drivers Legal Plan is a national law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of professional drivers and the companies for which they drive in the continental United States.
Affordable: The driver pays a small $2.98/week legal retainer via payroll or settlement deduction.
Legal Fees: The driver pays a flat $100 legal fee for any moving or no-moving violation. $250.00 for a simple accident that does not involve loss of life or limb. No exclusions or limitations on hours. Other major violations drugs, alcohol, smuggling etc. will be quoted at 1/3 off our normal rate.
